Jose answers every question in a professional manner. He is knowledgeable, has great customer service, and is easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone and have alredy done so. I will use him for any future work I need.

I enclosed my entranceway before I got the proper permits necessary; (don't do that by the way). Jose drafted the required plans, to obtain the permits I needed. Jose is very detail oriented, which when your dealing with city bureaucracy is a good thing. Jose was almost always available when I called, and the few times that he wasn't, he got back to me promptly. Jose accompanied me downtown to apply for the permits, which I got. The plans were very professional, and when the inspector came to my house to check the work that was done,he looked at the plans, and said as much. I have another project in mind, if the Gods, aka the HOA grant me permission, I will hire Jose again. As a side not FYI try to get a fix on what the permits will cost you, so you don't get hit with a form of sticker shock like I did. Let's just say that I was unpleasantly surprised. I sure would like to know how the city comes up with these exorbitant prices for permits, or maybe I wouldn't.
