We hired Jerome Landscaping to do the mowing for us. We are very pleased with the mowing service. The crew member cleaned up our driveway and they even blowed away all the pollen off our cars in the driveway. We are very happy and we will add more lawn services in coming July 2015.

Excellent- extremely thorough and reliable. Great communication and customer service. We were so grateful to have finally found a snow plow service we could depend on and that was great to deal with- even the drivers were nice. The owner is very helpful, as is the clear "welcome" letter information he sends out.

They showed up for a stoem just after I hired them and did an OK job. Then there were two big storms in three days and they never showed up. I called them twice in one day and they never returned my call. Three days later, my driveway is covered in ice and they still haven't come.
Response from J. Jerome Landscape Services, Inc.
"Sorry Rich. I blew this one. What happened was that you had called during extreeme conditions were we had been out fighting this storm all night. We took care of you but your info never made it back to the office onto the master customer list. Completely unintentional. This was when we kept getting hammered by mother nature without a break to sleep and reorganize. Why do people call the day of a blizzard?? Kills me."

we hired him to clean up front yard although he did an excellent job he quoted a price and when final payment came he charged twice as much and then wrote us a letter this year stating he had to go up again
Response from J. Jerome Landscape Services, Inc.
"I remember this one. You have a yard that is set back into the woods. I quoted you a very nice clean up of everything except the woods. Someone directed my guys without me knowing to clean out the woods that had not been done in several years. I believe it was about 20 man hours at your house alone. I know it came out awesome because they are very good at what they do but they were not suppose to be cleaning the woods out in that price. I wish I could of been there."

This person quoted me a price. He then sent out a bill with a total breakdown of his costs due to the "extreme conditions" of the storm we just had/ His bill was for more than TWICE what we agreed on!! I have since discontinued his services because I feel that no business owner should do this to their customers, nor should they jack up prices after a price has been negotiated. The guy who did the actual plowing did a fair to good job given the circumstances of the storm, but the owner was far too greedy in my opinion. Make sure you get it in writing.....that's my biggest recommendation for anyone hiring this company!!
Response from J. Jerome Landscape Services, Inc.
"Why do people think that a 12 inch storm should cost the same as a 32 inch three day storm. We saved you when you called in the middle of a blizzard. Thats why there was nothing in writting. We had to come back several times to keep you plowed out. Thank You."

This was a tough project with a tight deadline. Jim and his team were able to complete all the work before the deadline and within budget; I certainly appreciated that.

Jerome Landscape did my spring clean up. It was the best spring clean up of anyone I had hired in the past. His prices are very resonable.

They came quickly, did everything they said they would and did it well. The price was right and the workmanship first rate. I even suggested to my neighbor she might want to hire them. I will definitely call them the next time I need yard work done.
