Called back promptly, agreed on work an prices; then we had a week long pause in communication because I thought they would come to fix my computer at home. Once we reconciled and I agreed to bring it to their office, the communication and work was flawless. Unfortunately, the computer was not repairable. So I have paid a reasonable charge ($80) and will pick the computer back to use its components.
