Simmon and his team were responsive to me. Gave me a fair estimate that I could compare with. Contract was presented fairly and staff explained the process on scheduling the job. When there was a misunderstanding on the scope of the work there was willingness on completing the change order. Revised contract was acceptable. There were delays in completion out of my/ their control. But the quality of work did not suffer. Would be glad recommending or using them again.

When I called to tell them the guy forgot to put the sweep in the shed, they didn t call back. I called a week later and they told me they were waiting for the guy who worked on it to come back.
