The price quoted was essentially the same as others but Jason took the time to explain what needed to be done to regrade the driveway and keep water from flowing toward the house foundation. He was very professional, scheduled the job and performed as promised. We will use their services again.

Jason provided quality, efficient seeding of the yard. He asked what I wanted to accomplish and he made recommendations to deliver that. He was very professional and flexible when I had to adjust the schedule to accommodate other contractors at the property. I will call J&K again when I need any grounds maintenance!

I needed some grading and landscaping at my home. J & K came when they said they would and did a great job grading and hydro seeding my yard. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.

Jason runs a professional operation from first contact to project completion. I waited to complete this review until the grass he seeded came in fully, and I received a solid rain event that put some stress on the lawn and driveway where he reshaped. I'm very pleased with everything Jason accomplished. My reshaped driveway sheds water exactly as he said it would. He told me I'd have grass sprouts in 10-14 days and I had a green haze on day 6 with a full lawn in need of a mowing at day 22. Even the areas I thought were impossible to grow grass, I have grass. My gravel driveway feels like asphalt and couldn't have been better. The only minor improvement I think could be better is the final hand-rake work. I had a few rocks and roots that needed to be removed. It was easy to correct this before my first mowing. Overall, I'm pleased beyond my tough standards and high expectations.
