Yes ever was exactly as I asked for !

Fast forward from my 6/14/21 review. I was asked to send the balance for my yard as new blades needed to be purchased for cutting my yard. This was back on July 28. My grass has not been cut, no pictures have been sent (as I do not reside in Quincy), broken promises of my grass getting cut... I have requested a full refund and NOTHING YET!! I was so happy with the initial experience that I would have been a continuous customer as well as referred others to this business. Unfortunately there is not a way to upload the text conversations or proof of money sent because I would definitely upload them. I will definitely be looking for another lawn service. Follow up as on 09/01/2021. Emailed Mister Proctor Former employer and they reach out to him and his employer came back and said that he was going to follow up with me. So I still do not have a refund and the service is no longer required at this point.

These fellas did an awesome job and I plan to continue using them.

Jeremy is a honest and good young man. His work is as advertised and I am thankful I was able to meet him. Hs is curious and he makes sure to do a great job. I will definately be working with Jeremy on other projects in the near future.

Jeremy was fast to respond to my service request. His pricing was very fair and his attention to the needs of the property were exemplary.

Dealt with two different people. Neither communicated with each other on price and what was promised. Went from 40 dollars to 80. Work that was promised was not completed. Was told would be completed on the second trip. On the second trip, no one showed up. Was told they could not give me a time. I was home all day and no one came. I have one simple flat acre. I would have been a longtime customer!

These guys were great. They were working on my generator. It started raining. They just kept working. They answered all of our questions and we're extremely polite and professional. We hope to schedule more jobs with them in the near future.
