Workmen (Tom & Sean) were very professional and thorough in the repairs made. The low customer service rating was due however, to the person (owner?) who I spoke with to set up the service - his lack of 'people skills' almost caused me to cancel the job.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience and a more up front and honest contractor.

Two guys from JKM came out on time and diagnosed the issue quickly from inside and outside the house. Repaired the vent pipe area and pointed out an issue with the routing of the pipe in the attic. Very polite, professional and efficient, would hire JKM again.

There was a disconnect in our email conversations. After they were ironed out, everything went smoothly.

They were very professional. They completed the job when I wanted and how I wanted even starting on it while I was at work.

I received prompt response from JKM Roofing regarding a leak around my chimney. They sent someone out within a few days and had the issue fixed the same afternoon. The only thing I'm uncertain of is the quote for replacing a roof on my small, one car garage - I believe the quote to be a bit high but would consider using them again.

I was pleased with the quality of the work but the job was completed about two weeks later than promised.

Sales experience was terrific. Some concerns with the installation experience, but issues were handled.

JKM was the fairest priced and explained things to us as adults. I felt that of the other roofing companies, we could trust JKM the most. They were on time, stayed on schedule and finished the project with a complete clean up and follow up calls to be sure we were satisfied.
