Kia is much more than a handyman. He is a talented craftsman who takes pride in his work. He is honest and professional, we even trust him with the key to our home and our credit card. He has done many jobs for us, including remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms that we absolutely love the way they turned out. We are happy with him and all the many different jobs he has done for us. I had my house pressure washed and painted. Some small maintenance items included changing rotten door trim, replacing outside fixtures and fixing screens. All done professionally, on time, and good price. Good communication and work ethic.

Kia is a great guy who is very punctual , priced fairly , was quick in returning my calls and texts and if I had questions he had ideas and plans that made things run smooth . Kia is a very hard worker who made my move less stressful and less difficult and I will most definitely use Kia again in the future when the times arise and I need solid reliable help with home maintenance or another move if and when the time comes . So if you need solid reliable help give Kia a shout , I dont think you will go wrong and you will definitely be happy you gave him a call after you see the results.

I had a small leak at a new window. It had been worked on twice by another contractor to the tune of several thousand dollars. The window continued to leak. I reached out to Kia and in a short time he found the problem and fixed it. I have not had any trouble since. He was efficient and a pleasure to work. I will consider him for all future repairs that I have in my home. The area outside was left tidy and the inside was clean and undamaged. I would highly recommend him for any repairs.

We hired him to redo a room damage from hurricane, new tile floor,paint,new ceiling fan,and,fixtures also do a patio in front of house with pavers. Kia is a magnificent, wonderful, kind, person that puts his heart and soul into his work. Would hire him for any small job..

Incredibly detail oriented. I did “time and materials” contract and it was very reasonable for what I had done…25 foot ceilings and Kia was able to do it well…required retaping and multiple coats of mudding/sanding/painting……cleaned up extremely well each night to not interfere with your home life….highly recommended.

Kia was great. He came to my house promptly when I called. Looked at my problems and quickly came up with solutions. I had several paver issues around my patio and pool. He gave me a very reasonable price. He worked like a dog and never took a break. I planned on doing this work myself but hiring Kia was the way to go.
