Kia is much more than a handyman. He is a talented craftsman who takes pride in his work. He is honest and professional, we even trust him with the key to our home and our credit card. He has done many jobs for us, including remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms that we absolutely love the way they turned out. We are happy with him and all the many different jobs he has done for us. Highly recommend!

Installed cupboards. Professional, reasonable and on time. Would definitely hire him again.

I had my house pressure washed and painted. Some small maintenance items included changing rotten door trim, replacing outside fixtures and fixing screens. All done professionally, on time, and good price. Good communication and work ethic.

Yes his work is always done well and exceeds expectations

Kia is a great guy who is very punctual , priced fairly , was quick in returning my calls and texts and if I had questions he had ideas and plans that made things run smooth . Kia is a very hard worker who made my move less stressful and less difficult and I will most definitely use Kia again in the future when the times arise and I need solid reliable help with home maintenance or another move if and when the time comes . So if you need solid reliable help give Kia a shout , I dont think you will go wrong and you will definitely be happy you gave him a call after you see the results.

I had a small leak at a new window. It had been worked on twice by another contractor to the tune of several thousand dollars. The window continued to leak. I reached out to Kia and in a short time he found the problem and fixed it. I have not had any trouble since. He was efficient and a pleasure to work. I will consider him for all future repairs that I have in my home. The area outside was left tidy and the inside was clean and undamaged. I would highly recommend him for any repairs.

We hired him to redo a room damage from hurricane, new tile floor, paint, new ceiling fan, and, fixtures also do a patio in front of house with pavers. Kia is a magnificent, wonderful, kind, person that puts his heart and soul into his work. Would hire him for any small job..

Kia painted the exterior of my home. He did an excellent job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for painting or any other handyman job.

Incredibly detail oriented. I did “time and materials” contract and it was very reasonable for what I had done…25 foot ceilings and Kia was able to do it well…required retaping and multiple coats of mudding/sanding/painting……cleaned up extremely well each night to not interfere with your home life….highly recommended.

Kia did an amazing job on our full bathroom remodel, I would highly recommend him for any project you may have in the future. His craftsmanship and professionalism exceeded our expectations in every way.

Did a great job! Built an outside shower enclosure, did extensive paint work to my house, put together a pergola. Very talented craftsman!

Kia was great. He came to my house promptly when I called. Looked at my problems and quickly came up with solutions. I had several paver issues around my patio and pool. He gave me a very reasonable price. He worked like a dog and never took a break. I planned on doing this work myself but hiring Kia was the way to go. I would definitely call him again for my next project. Thanks Kia!!!!

KIA is top notch as he provides great communication as well as a great attention detail in everything he does.. we are so impressed with each project that he has done at our house from custom designs to large scale painting and staining.

Kia is absolutely amazing. He’s that quality contractor who knows his business, who arrives on time and who does brilliant work. He’ll answer your questions, consider your feedback and explain his methods - and even dazzle you with insight you’ve never considered. In an era of shysters and quick-money amateurs who do half-assed work that never seems to solve your problems, Kia stands out as a gem. If you are looking for a smart, dependable worker who does quality work knows his craft and has many talents, don’t delay in contacting Kia.

KIA goes above and beyond in everything he does. There's nothing he does not excel at from start to finish. You don't have to worry about a thing. He's the best
