RUN! Run away from this company ASAP. I don?t know how they?ve managed to obtain any positive reviews. Signed contracts in June for 7 new slider windows under the impression these are the most efficient windows available and we would qualify for any and all grants/rebates we could find. We had to check in regularly for installation. August 2025 we were set for installation. They were installed by one guy, haphazardly coordinated. We were advised two guys would do the install. These are large windows. Installer left trash in the yard. One window malfunctioned September 4, 2025, and would not close. My boyfriend reached out for assistance from 3pm on. No help until the next day. Failed inspection. Repairs made. Met no licensed contractor. Now, they?re refusing to provide an itemized invoice which we need for tax credit. Windows are not efficient enough to qualify for Duke Energy rebate. No professionalism. We spent $28,775, no grants or credits available due to THEM!

We got the original windows on our home replaced with hurricane impact windows. They are gorgeous and so easy to use. We love them.

Come needed a great job they installed five windows in our house. All of them came out wonderful. Installed you could tell the installer had an eye for detail thank you for everything that you?ve done for our home

I lived next to an elementary school and I work the night shift as a truck driver so I need my rest and my windows were too thin so I barely could sleep at night but then I decided to go with JK&R to replace my windows with the hurricane impact windows it was the best decision I ever made I sleep like a champ now n my days at work go by so much more smoothly because I have more energy to get my day done I highly recommend they?re windows 10/10 service

JK&R Construction did an exceptional job on our new roof. Professionally done, couldn't ask for better. They gave me a substantial discount for being an Air Force brat, which I thought was really cool.

After posting the below review on Google, the company?s Area Director, Aaron, contacted me and threatened legal action (a cease and desist letter) unless I removed it. I feel it?s important for future customers to know my experience. Everything below is factual and based on my direct interactions with the company. My experience was poor overall. The first time they came to install the door, they brought the wrong model and had already removed my old door before I stopped them. They eventually got the right door installed, 3-4 months after we signed the agreement. Once installed, the internal blinds were loud and squeaky. I've now called 4 times over nearly two months to try to get a fix for this door and nobody has followed up. Once I left a negative review, however, they were quick to call and threaten a cease and desist. On the positive side, the window they installed was perfectly fine. Also, the installers are professional, friendly, and they did good work.
