what a professional job! Things came together as Jim said. His work and his partner were as professional as it gets. We had estimates as high as $9000 but "reduced by $!,000 if we signed today...." talk about pressure. None of that with J & K Seamless gutters. An estimate which he honored 60 days later. Our total installed w/ stainless steel leaf guards was just under $3000. Everything was done in a professional, workmanlike manner. I didn't have to "pick up" debris behind them, as they cleaned everything up completely. I would encourage everyone who needs gutters to check with J & K Seamless Gutters before signing a contract with another vendor.

We had several companies out for gutter estimates. First one was $9000 which then dropped price to $4800 if we signed today, second one was $7700 and the third was Jim with J&K Seamless Gutters quoted us $2200. By far, Jim was the most professional, knowledgeable, non-pressured and honest man period! He had the BEST prices, custom made gutters to fit our home made on site, we upgraded our gutter size, he tied in our downspouts to our drain tile, and the leaf guard was perfect! The whole team cleaned up as they worked, were all professional, and worked accurately and quickly! Jim followed up with us the next day as well! We highly recommend J&K!

J&K Gutters did a great job replacing my 4â gutters with a 6â system. Jim and Barry worked skillfully and meticulously to remove and install the seamless system while being attentive to all my wifeâ s plantings around the house. I hired Jim based on his years of experience, and being a local owned business. After witnessing his work, I strongly recommend contacting him. Keep in mind he is a small business and his own receptionist...leave a message if he can't answer (due to being up in the air installing quality gutters). Jim provided a quick estimate, and was willing to work with me on the install date. The day of the install he showed up on time and worked into the dark making sure everything was complete. I checked the area the next day and there were no dropped screws or debris. His work was; flawless...I even went on the roof to check up-close! Craftsmanship, attention to detail and quality became quickly evident as my house was hit with 1.5 inches of rain shortly after (and another inch of rain the day after that). Jim called to follow-up and make sure everything was okay. He cares about his work knowing it's an important part of the house...water damage is no joke. Jim and his crew showed up at the appt. time and worked a long day to do an excellent job on our new 6" gutters. He did some things that he did not have to do to make sure the roof was in good shape and also added some drainage pipe for us. They took the time to be sure the yard was cleaned up before they left even though they kept up all day. Would highly recommend.

Jim did a great job with my gutters. He explained the entire process prior to the work being completed which really assisted with my decision to go with the 6 inch gutters for my house.
