"The customer purchased additional RAM for his computer and then asked that we install it. We did install the RAM and it did not work. We are sorry for this but the decision to purchase this particular RAM was the customers. We did successfully install a second hard drive. We also told the customer that we would come back out and install new/different RAM SIMMs for free."
