Jacob was on time, reliable and did the job at a time that was convenient for us. He was very helpful with picking a model of water heater to suit our needs and answered all of my questions willingly. Not only was he HALF the price of the other guys, but he was up front about his pricing which made it much easier for us to budget. I would definitely recommend him!

Jacob showed up on time; walked me through each step of the process; kept the area very clean; answered all of my questions; made sure that everything was in order before he left; was very professional; and kept within the estimate he quoted.

very friendly. an amazing person to listen and explain what needs to be done and gives you options to fix the problem.
