They destroyed two of my palm trees broke my sidewalk completely destroyed my yard broke all of my sprinklers and would not even return a phone call never returned to grind the stumps still have not heard a phone call called them multiple times talked to the owner who pretended he knew nothing about the damage he assured us that someone would be here the following day to fix the stuff it has been 3 weeks never use again you have been warned

Gave us a quote for tree removal, stump grinding and clean up. Tree removal done and bushes trimmed. Left said they would be back for clean up. Unfortunately we paid them. Contacted them numerous times to do stump grinding and clean up. Promised us several times they would be back. This was November 2020 and we havent seen them yet. Would not recommend them or use them again. They have no customer service and do not live up to their contracts. Unfortunate because the tree work they did was acceptable. Felt horrible as my parents paid for the work.

J and K removed a dozen trees on my property. Professional work, excellent results, pleasant experience, and fair price.

Excellent company to work with. Explained everything clearly. Crew knew their business and brought down a huge live oak perfectly. Cleaned up well after job. Definitely on the short list to hire again.

The only problem is that the job was not free....LOL...But I don't mind paying for beautiful work and customer service.

They were extremely professional, very safe, fully licensed and insured, and cleaned up when done. I will use them again in the future!

The team that came out was cordial, effective, precise and careful to execute what they promised and then some. The clean up was exceptional and the quality of the people was friendly as they provided great service.

Had tree branches trimmed away from the roof and chimney area. They finished up, loaded up all their gear, then the foreman knocked on my door and said they were finished. I went to the back yard area and was surprised by the way the job was done. I told him I was not happy with the way it looked, but it was late Friday and they were already in their trucks. I told him I would talk to their boss and I foolishly paid the bill, (big mistake). I called the contact person who set the job up. After numerous phone calls, starting the evening of 5/22 through 6/5 was told on 2 occasions that she would come by and look it over. Have yet to have anyone come by, nor call me. I just wanted her to come by and see what kind of job her guys did. And if she approved, then so be it. I have not been contacted at all. very unhappy with this company. Lacks professional integrity. Will not be giving their contact info to anyone.

The crew was very efficient and professional. They worked together very well. Very pleased with their removal of two trees and raising the canopy of 2 large live oaks. Jeff and Kaitlyn were overseeing the work at every turn.

price charge was significantly higher than what I was quoted.

Requested an estimate for some skirting of a few of our large trees. Miles responded, took the time to listen to my needs and made additional recommendations for my consideration. Agreed on skirting of several trees and removal of a large Camphor. Miles arrived with his crew as agreed within 48 hours, and they immediately set to work, all crew members knowing exactly what to do, and working together like a well-oiled machine! Everything was completed and the property was left neatly cleared. They have the equipment, know-how and professionalism to get the job done. Very satisfied with both their work and the price. Highly recommend!

They were doing a job at my neighbors. They had a Bobcat and I asked them to level a mound of earth in my yard. They were not there 1/4 hour, hurried to leave, charged me $100 and did a poor job that I had to complete by hand the next day.

J&K Tree Service did an excellent job, very nice cleanup too. Fast and efficient work. Kudo's to the crew!

Prompt response to Service request and estimator shows up the same day. Work was completed the next day. Crew is outstanding and cleanup was excellent. Will complete review after they return to remove stumps on the trees they took down. Cost was on the high side compared to other estimates but chose them anyway based on prior ratings.

Did a great job! Service was performed above my expectations. Crew did a great job of clean up, will have back to perform other tree service in fall when needed.

This is the 3rd time I have use Home Advisor and will continue to do so in the future. J&K tree service has the most prompt call back of anyone I have done business with. They were on-time for scheduled appts. at which time everything was explained fully and clearly. The work crew was very respectful of neighbors boundaries and concerns and everything proceeded very nicely. When I went back to check the job they had done (and it was a difficult one) I was most satisfied. Not a scrap of tree debris was left behind. Mary was extremely helpful and the owner even showed up at the job site to make sure everything was done correctly. All this was on a Sunday! What great service.

Requested estimates from 5 different Tree Companies for an annual 4 house palm trimming project (approx. 70 palm tree trimming, 4 palm tree removals and an small oak tree roof line trim). Mary, J&K Tree Service Estimator offered competitive pricing and the only company to make the effort to show us their licensing and insurance information. Mary made it very clear that they were very interested in the project. After completing the estimating process the group selected J&K Tree Service for the project. J & K Tree Service arrived as scheduled with approx. 10 workers (2 Tree trimmers and the balance ground crew). The J & K Tree crew was very friendly and professional. The crew went beyond the scope of the project to perform a quality job. All four families were happy with the project with the exception of some minor cleanup issues. Given the total scope of the project J & K Tree Service clearly earned a Five Star rating. We hope to use this company again in the future and recommend that other projects consider their services.
