I would never ever use Jimmy Kelly again. He does not do what he says he will do. You can not believe a word he says, the quality of his work is extremely poor, he overcharged. I have called him to come back and he will not return my calls and now I am having to pay someone else to do the work. I think you should take him off as a professiona becasue there is nothing professional about this man

The work they did was first rate. We are very pleased with their design and installation of the planting beds and the plants. We have received several compliments on the yard, it looks fantastic.

We were please with the responsiveness. I am a bit disapointed that some of our plants and trees are either dead or not thriving. For the money we spent I was expecting our yard to look really nice. I am hoping we will get it right here soon and have things replaced if need be a bit more timely.

In the end I was not happy, the work was completed but not without its hassles.Dean had told me he would start @ 11am. The Day before the project I called to confirm the time he said that he would be out later around 1pm. The day of the project he was not there at 1pm,he finally arrived at our house around 4pm.In the process of grading the yard he left ruts in our lawn.Dean had promised to repair the lawn the following Monday, several phone calls & 3 weeks later Dean came back to my house to "repair" the damage to my lawn. He put down 8 pieces of sod, and he told me that it should fill in. There are too many negative to consider re-hiring.

Dean knows his stuff about lawns. He pointed out a number of things that I had overlooked during the initial meeting, and still provided the lowest cost. I was able to ask Dean numerous questions after the initial meeting, and he continued to provide helpful guidance without any hassles. On the negative side, there was a little trash left in the backyard. Not a big deal, but the sole reason for the ding on cleanliness. One other thing that mildly annoyed me was that the workers laid grass on top of my termite traps. I probably could have had Dean fix this, but it was fairly easy for me to handle myself.

Dean was very couteous, great with phone calls (letting us know when he would be out...). The only thing we were not happy with, is two paver were broken (one very large and we liked very much), some strings, from the straw were left and a piece of the gutter was cut off, to fit in a drain, and the gutter part was left in the yard. The gutter was beaten up on one side of the house.

Excellent job - very professional and looks great!

Made a special trip to ensure our yard was perfect the day of an important event.
