After reviewing the project I was given a not to exceed price and authorized them to proceed. I was amazed that after completing the work in a professional manner they stated they saved money on the material and the bill was 12.5% less. This is the type of company I like to do business with. Several things were repaired under the primary service that was overlooked by previous mechanical contractors. I would recommend JLB to any of my friends.
