None of the categories above fits the description of what was done. Rather, it was the repair of a walking bridge in front of our building. The work that was done was fine. The problem was the extreme slowness, unreliable communication, and failure to follow up on the work that had been agreed on. I had to chase the contractor down for what seemed like months before he finally did the work. The same kind of thing happened again when the initial work needed to be revised based on updated city codes. Jovany would promise to follow up on it, and then nothing would happen. I would follow up, I'd get a promise of action, and still nothiing. We finally agreed on a specific date on which he would sent me the photos and sketches needed for me to apply for the needed permit, and he still failed to follow through I finally gave up on him, and am looking for another contractor to do the work.

Jovany and his team were SO polite, prompt, clean, and professional! I had a damaged ceiling due to a water leak and after they were finished, you couldnâ t even tell the ceiling was ever damaged! Excited to have them back to paint the whole house and redo my floors!

They actually remodeled my bathroom and bedroom! They were here when they said they would be, they always cleaned up after themselves, they got the job done the way I wanted it, they always asked me before they did anything, and were super nice too! I will hire them again to do more work in my house. Very happy!

I sought-after a few quotes for work needed in my home before listing it for sale. I was looking for a competitive price for quality work and needed it done quickly. After meeting Jovany and seeing how keen he was to identify any of my concerns, I knew he was the right choice. I asked for one ceiling to be repaired/painted as well as two rooms with vaulted ceilings and a basement repainted to eliminate the intense colors. These guys were prompt, worked very hard, and were extremely fast. They were friendly and very respectful of the home. The best part is how incredibly impressed I am with their quality. The level of detail was outstanding. They surpassed my expectations by repairing numerous popped nails and tiny flaws that I would have overlooked. They repaired and repainted other portions of ceilings, repaired two broken hinges, and even installed some baseboards that I had intended to finish later. The finished rooms are gorgeous! So glad I trusted Jovanys color suggestion. Lastly, I will point out that it was projected to take 3 days. They got it done in two. Thank you SO much!!

Jovani and team surpassed our high expectations and standards. He provided the best customer service and care we have experienced. We also hired him for other miscellaneous jobs we needed taken care of in our new home. It is a pleasure and a relief knowing we have someone who is impeccable in his trade

J and J did a lot of home improvements for me and I was always satisfied with the workmanship and the customer service.

A team of 4 painters painted all of our walls, ceilings , trim, baseboards and doors. Our living room has a cathedral ceiling which makes painting more challenging but they definitely knew what they were doing!! We have a 3 level townhouse with 2 baths, 2 bedrooms, a family room in the basement, kitchen, dining room & living room. They completed the project in 5 days when other painters gave us estimates of 2 weeks and longer. They beat everyone elseâ s price and we got about 8 estimates. Jovany noticed a problem with an outside outlet and installed the correct one. He gave us great ideas for lighting.. He installed a newer type of ceiling lightening, which is absolutely beautiful! Our house has many angles and Cory helped me with choosing the best areas to paint the darker shade. And it looks fabulous! All of the crew are pleasant, courteous and accommodating. Our internet went out and on the last day, the Xfinity man was here and the poor guys worked around the Xfinity man, even helped him with a ladder so he could go in the attic. Cory washed our ceiling fan for us and let me add that itâ s about 15-20 ft. high! We had the Plummer out before they started painting and he had to cut a hole in the wall. They dry walled and patch the hole, no extra cost and it looks perfect! They were very respectful of our furniture. They went above and beyond! The paint job is perfect!!! I canâ t wait to have friends and family over to show off our new and improved home!!!

They came in did the job,in a timely and well managed manner..and did a few more things we needed done. We could not be more pleased with the results. And workmanship,it is top notch and some. Team was very efficient and worked quickly to complete the job with good quality. We are very happy with the product and the great value.

Team was able to work with me doing minimal onsite visits. Work progressed timely. Team was appropriately skilled in drywall, plaster, electrical and painting Had appropriate tools. No cigarette breaks or cell phone usage. Serious workers. Very polite. Work site was cleaned at end of the project . I was very impressed with the finished project. Will have additional work done by summer Should have done before and after photos.

Jovanny and Antonio were wonderful to work with. Jovany kept communication with me throughout the whole process. The water leak ended up being a bigger project than anticipated, but they both worked hard to get if fixed for us that same day. Very appreciative of them being able to get it fixed. Look forward to working with them on other home remodeling projects.

Very professional and quality work.

Jovany and his crew did it all in a short amount of time. Fixed a long time slow leak, repaired drywall, painted the first floor of the house and replaced the can lights. They corrected a slanting deck, replace the floor boards, and installed a new sliding door and basement window. Before staining the entire cedar sided house they repaired and replaced a number of cedar planks. To top it all off, the outdoor outlets, rear fllod lights and front exterior lights were replaced. Jovany picked out the front lights and they were on point. I was pleasantly surprised and have had nothing but amazing compliments. He even had a large amount of junk hauled away. Everyone was respectful and left every area they touched cleaner than when they got there. Definitely calling for any future projects I need assistance with.

They came the next day after giving us an estimate. They fixed a leaky toilet and fixed the drywall that was ruined from the leak. They cleaned up nicely. They were very professional and made sure the work was done perfectly. I will gladly use them in the future for any home project. Well done!!

They were prompt and courteous. Worked hard for a fair price. Replaced leaking seal on stool and then repaired the drywall that was damaged by the leak. Will use them again

I needed Jovany to seal and paint a very dark beam in a vaulted ceiling (20 foot high) in a living room, and add a 1/4" molding trim on each side of the beam to have a finished look. Jovany did an excellent professional job on the beam and trim. He also did a few other things that I needed while waiting for the carpet installer to complete his project. He went above and beyond, professional, polite, and respectful of the property and people.

Jovany and his team were great. Decent job for the price. Several dry wall patching projects were completed timely. A roof leak was detected, he had another team member out ASAP to assess and ultimately fixed. Planning more projects with him for sure!

Jovany was professional and did quality work. It was a big job in the kitchen, Pantry, desk area, and laundry room, and it came in on time and on budget. He even added accents to the island. His pricing was very reasonable, I would recommend him to anyone.
