I went with this company because they were the cheapest rate. I'll never do that again. They started a project, but couldn't finish because I needed a different part (not their fault) It went from them being hard to contact, to them completely avoiding my calls, to straight up declining my phone calls! Anytime I called, they had to call me back but NEVERTHELESS did. Not one time. Very unprofessional. I'm not sure if this is a small company, but they definitely need some help. Cheapest isn't alway best, I'm out of pocket way more now because of this. Waste of time and money.

Nice guy. Not very dependable. He missed 2 scheduled appointments for door installation. He and his crew did a great job once he finally showed up. He told us to make a list of any additional projects we would like to have done, and he would follow up in a few days. We never heard back from him, so we finally contacted him again. He scheduled another appointment to give us an estimate on our other projects but never showed up again. At this point, we will never consult this business again. We prefer to hire companies that want and value our business.

Arrived on time and although it was below freezing, he and his helper completed the outside work first. He then quickly and expertly finished the small inside jobs. Quick, professional, and price was affordable. Will hire for future projects.

Exterior Trim - Repair
unreliable, told me he would be here at a certain time, no call and no show. After i had to get a hold of him then the next day he finally came. After repairs are completed he told me he would be back to remove old wood that he left in back yard and a week later old damaged wood still in back yard. Also his crew had to go into attic and one of them put foot through ceiling plaster board. and failed to inform me and didn't notice until job completed
