They were suitable for my last project. They did a great job, but My new project was a mess. Quality went down to very low. Fortunately, I know the electrical work and fixed lots of the problems. I am so lucky my house was not on fire. The workers were very irresponsible and careless. Bad communication and never responded to fix all the mess they made.

Great service

I had them replace a Circuit Breaker Box in a new home I just purchased. Additionally, they replaced 4 GFCI outlets (meaning they upgraded them to code). Anyway, they showed up at 9 o'clock sharp, worked quickly, quietly, and efficiently. Even with one of my dachshunds who has never quite learned the value of NOT barking at strangers, they acted as if the annoying dog wasn't there. Very polite and courteous. As they left once the job was complete (9 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon) they mentioned that if we noticed anything wasn't right for us to call them and they'd come back out and investigate. The next morning we noticed one of the GFCI outlets wasn't working correctly and there was one other small issue that needed attention. I texted them, told them that noon would work for me, and literally at exactly 12:00 they showed up to correct the minor issues. Great customer service and professional as well. Big job with a big price tag but in the end, I know that my new home has a Circuit Breaker Panel that will function as required when needed instead of burning my house down. Not sure if there really is a price you can put on that kind of peace of mind. These guys are good. If you have a job you need done, then make the appointment here and now. I did and will do so again.

This was for emergency generator annual maintenance. The owner of the business was slow to respond. Tech sent barely qualified for the task.

We were very satisfied with JLD. They were very responsive, professional and did great work. Would hire them again.

We tried, and failed, to install a GFCI ourselves - the box had too many wires for us! He arrived on time, was pleasant to talk to, explained the task to us as he worked, and worked efficiently. We learned something, call JLD!

Highly recommend! Very professional, friendly, prompt! Great job, great guys. Always called and showed up as promised. Jim came to see the scope of work and discuss timing just a couple of days after we spoke on the phone. The job was done as scheduled and done perfectly. They were knowledgeable and efficient - replacing some old knob & tube wiring in a 150+ year old house; and adding some new outlets/switches where I wanted them. I will call them again when I need any electrical work done!

This company quickly and professionally completed the electrical installation of our new 14KW standby generator and its automatic transfer switch. Their advice proved to be sound and practical. The workmanship was exemplary.
