I hired these to renovate laundry room and kitchen, My wife called in two other contractors first. They were way over our budget. These guys seemed more reasonable and affordable. There was issues with pluming and electrical, and they didn't seem to have a problem with that. Overall we were please with the end results. In fact it came out better than expected. His crew was very pleasant and professional to work with. They got the job done on time with no extras. I would defiantly hire them again for future projects.

My husband and I have been living in Arizona for over 20 years and have hired contractors before but Ben was by far the best experience we've ever had. Ben and his son Junior were constantly there to answer all are questions and we could't be happier with all the end results. We had a lot of work completed, a brand new high end kitchen and layout, all new engineered hardwood floor throughout the house. We had three bathrooms renovated with all new custom tile work, cabinetry, and electrical upgrades. And we all had this completed on time and within are budget. Ben and his crew were very respectful, professional, and clean. Ben's attention to detail was very evident. We highly recommend him to are friends and family.

Had Ben and his son complete some work at my house. The overall job turned out pretty good. The issue was the attitude and lack of communication and multiple misunderstandings with Ben (the owner). You'll find everything you ask Ben, the answer is "no problem" "we can do that" "it'll look great" then after work is started, the tone changes to "I tell everyone we get 90% of it right" "I tell all my customers, we take care of 95% of it" and so and and so forth. The cleanliness was horrific. They did not cover up much of anything. Even after they guaranteed things would be covered up. Ben asked if they could keep tarps and ground covering down so they wouldn't have to reset up daily. I agreed. However most days I would find plaster and other dirt, paint, etc on the carpet. When I shared my concerns with Ben, the response was him rolling his eyes and telling me things on the carpet were water soluble. After voicing my concerns after the first day regarding the dust and not covering anything up, they actually covered my king bed. They hadn't covered my bed, dress, or TV in my master bedroom. My master bedroom and closet was the area they were working on! The quote did not match the job. I had to pay for paint, which was not included in their quote, this led to about an extra $100 which Ben did not account for. He forgot a bid for carpet for closet he took out. I was forced to pay another flooring company to come take care of the flooring/carpet. When I asked Ben to cut the carpet from underneath as my flooring contact asked, Ben did not follow my instructions. This cause the flooring company to spend about two extra hours seeming the carpet, which cost my about $100. They threw away a ton of material in my garbage the last day. The last day itself was a mess. They probably needed another full day or at least half of a day to complete the work. The last day just 30 minutes before 5pm (OH you won't see them past 5pm) Ben Jr was rushing inside with additional floor boards. Multiple touch ups were needed. I had to reach out and ask for these to be tended to and it took over a week to have Ben come back to touch up numerous problems. Ben came in to touch up with a sponge. YES just a sponge. Texturing was wrong, paint was terrible, globs of paint, uneven cuts and gaps in their wood workmanship. Ben argued with my what a box/square vs a rectangle was multiple times. We designed and drew out the dimensions on the wall of the closet. He built rectangular shelfs, we asked for boxes. After they were built I showed him the lines we had drawn and he basically told me he wasn't going to rebuild them. This lead to our hanging section of the closet to be short. We ran out of space by about 6-8 inches, makes sense since a rectangle is wider/longer than a box. Well unless you are Ben. I would not recommend a female to deal with Ben. He treated my wife with disrespect. When she asked him to touch a few cracks in the drywall, corner of the door, he once again rolled his

These guys were awesome! On time, great pricing, and really friendly. The added three new doors to my house and I am now going to use them for several other projects. They are a father son team with great work ethic. Very good guys.

Ben and his crew are some of the best that we have ever hired. They were here everyday and got the job done in a timely fashion and on budget. Tile work ended up meticulously beautiful, and they made sure that we were happy with every project. The bid was more than fair, and Ben went the extra mile more than once. The crew was amazing, we can't say enough good about them. We had bids from other contractors and were really glad we picked them. They'll have our business in the future. Hire them, you be pleased.

Our home was in need of replacement windows and new siding after sun and rain caused existing wood-framed windows and siding to deteriorate. Ben's bid was fair and reasonable, and he and his team did very professional and competent work. I would definitely hire Ben again for additional home improvement projects.

Ben and his crew were professional, polite, prompt and skilled craftsmen. I had a complicated project, to turn a den and great room space into a living/sleeping area for my mother and a half-bath into a three-quarters bath. He immediately understood what I had in mind and made practical suggestions for how to design the space and how to keep costs as low as possible. He gave me a reasonable estimate and followed through with exactly what I wanted. We easily ironed out a few misunderstandings, with Ben going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. His crew did beautiful finishing work. Walls were taken down and walls were built -- and it looks as though the house was built that way.They minimized the chaos and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would hire him again, and would recommend him as a careful craftsman who understands a middle-class budget.

They completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I would use them again for any jobs I might need.

We had multiple dry wall repairs to be done inside and out, due to a prior plumbing issue. Ben and his crew were amazing! The work they did was neat and clean, which is such a plus. They showed up on time and finished in the time frame they gave us. There were no hidden or additional costs, Ben was upfront, honest and very reasonable! I will absolutely without hesitation use him again.

Quality work, reasonable price, efficient project completion in replacing the fascia boards over sun-scorched patio areas. Answered any questions I had about the work they were doing, and did not hesitate to do a little extra where needed.

Fast, courteous, efficient. Installed motion lighting in front and back of house. Put new whirly things on roof and found a blocked vent in our garage we did't know was there and opened that. We are planning to have more repairs done by Ben.

We did a full gut of our kitchen, dining room, and pantry, including taking out two walls and essentially rebuilding 1/2 of our first floor. Ben and his crew are professional and courteous. They do high quality work for a very reasonable cost- a good 25-30% less than other estimates we received. Ben's crew was friendly and courteous- they even bonded with our 2 yr old son. Ben is a bit optimistic about timeline but the quality of work and value are worth it. He definitely wants to do right by his customers, which we really appreciated. No problem recommending BNC.

Ben from BNC and his team are competent professionals. They were focused and efficient. The workers took pains to cover up areas of the house exposed to the paint and dust, and cleaned up every night. Even though our job wasn't large, Ben himself stayed very involved and always returned my calls. We were happy with the finished product. BNC isn't cheap but I think they represent good value. I would use BNC again if we need any other work done in our home.

Ben and his crew worked very hard and did an excellent job. They installed a new kitchen, a new bath and several other projects. Ben was responsive to all questions and very customer oriented. His main goal was to make me happy. Highly recommend him.

Ben and his team did an outstanding job to repair and replace the walls in my basement due to the recent flooding. He also installed a 2nd sump pump pit for me, to hopefully avoid future flooding. Ben was on-site everyday with his crew, was very courteous and responsive, and he completed the job, on-time, at his initial quote, and at a very high quality. I will not hesitate to work with Ben again for any of my project needs, and I will actively recommend Ben to anyone in need of a high quality construction at a reasonable cost.

Ben is a great guy. Follows up and makes sure the work is done correctly. His prices are also very competitive - he is not the cheapest but it's worth the little bit extra for great service.

Contractor came on time, worked very quietly, cleaned up their messes, and completed when they said they would. My only complaint is that their level of detail in the corners around the built in shelves was below my expectations.
