Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
Started out ok, but then they got lazy. I paid for mowing and trimming. When I was not at home they decided to spray toxic weed killer so they could avoid weekly trimming. Must of been agent orange because it left a 2 ft wide dead zone around the house and trimmed areas. Killed all the grass and some of my shrubs. Now there are unsightly rag weeds growing. Ruined my lawn. When I confronted the owner of the issue, there was no reply. Not a professional service company. Be careful .

They did a project for me and it went well. Several week later I had a problem with the original project that was due to no fault of their own. I corresponded with them about fixing the additional problem by phone and email for about 3 weeks. I had to find someone else to fix the problem. It took 45 minutes to complete the repair. I would never use J & L again. They said they were coming on 2 separate dates. I stayed home so that I could get the problem repaired and they did not show up either time and did not let me know that they were not coming. I have not heard anything from them since before not showing up the second time. Not dependable. No integrity.

They communicated with me about my bathtub faucet replacement project and quoted a very reasonable rate. On the scheduled date they showed up a little early. We had a few unexpected problems with the project but they took their time and worked out a solution smartly with no additional charges. They were polite, professional and easy to work with. It was really good to work with someone who is prompt and dependable.
