Jeff Parrish was referred by a friend and the decision to hire him was a good one. He came to my home and provided suggestions and an estimate for remodeling my kitchen, den and bonus room. Any work that was not completed by JLP was arranged through sub-contractors at Jeff's recommendation. The work was completed in a timely manner and final product is beautiful. All workers were prompt, helpful and cleaned up the work area everyday. I would not hesitate to hire JLP (Jeff Parrish) again and would recommend them to anyone seeking professional, quality services.

Interior Painting or Staining
I received a call from Jeff Parrish within 10 minutes after submitting a request online. He finished painting my husband's parents house living room which was dark panel. I had started and had to admit the job was to big for me and he finished the project professionally. The new painted living room is beautiful. Also painted the hall way with 10 doors and attic door. Hall way looks completely different with a new coat of paint. Will definitely call him again for other projects.

3-4 Room Interior Painting or Staining
I must say I was really lucky to find an excellent painter for inside my house. I went online for a painter within minutes I received a call from JLP. Jeff and Scheila came to my house with a great quote and help me pick perfect colors. The walls was a little messy and chipped. Within four days the walls looked like new. They did a excellent job.

I could not have picked a better company. My wife passed unexpectedly and I no longer wanted to stay in our home. As I was getting ready to put it on the market I contacted JLP to refinish some kitchen cabinets as well as remove wall paper and repaint two bathrooms and kitchen along with painting several other rooms. They were very considerate to me during this time not only professionally but personally as well. They did an outstanding job. I put the house on the market in April and had it sold in May. I am positive that their work helped sell the home. I could not ask for a better example of high quality work with a personal touch at an affordable price. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them.

One of the best contractors i've ever hired. The same day I called they came and took a look at my project. They typed up a terrific contract and began working for us. The paint job they did was unbelievable. They were so quick and through it was downright impressive. The care they took to tape everything up each day and then clean up at night was perfect. You could cook in my kitchen each night if we had wanted to. I would rate him at a hundred stars if I could and I highly recommend this professional.

Cabinets Refinish
Cabinet refinishing was outstanding and turned into a complete paint job for kitchen, dining room, foyer and living room to include ceilings and all trim(crown, chair rail, windows, baseboard). Outstanding job, pleasant to be around. Helped to pick out colors - a beatiful job very well done. Also installed a tile backsplash that was perfect. Very detail oriented and will do an oustanding job. They will be back to finish the rest of the house later.

Billy and Betty T Fremont, N. C. We had JLP Custom Paint to come in and paint the inside of our house. They painted, removed popcorn from ceilings, completely remodeled our bathrooms,. They were great with helping us pick out colors. Later they came back and painted the outside of our house . Again they were very helpful with colors.They did a great job inside and outside.We enjoyed getting to know them and were very pleased with their work.

We recently contacted JLP custom painting to remove wallpaper from our kitchen and dining area and to paint both rooms. Jeff and crew were prompt, friendly and very detail oriented. They removed the wallpaper and we decided to have the popcorn ceiling removed. So they were able to get that job done before they started the painting. They were very helpful in picking out colors. They cleaned up the areas each day before leaving. They suggested that we paint our hallway to improve the flow, so we also got that done. They did a nice job overall, but closer examination shows that they painted on the top layer of the trim. And in areas that are out of view (like top of window trim)...there were a lot of mistakes. Also left a lot of tiny paint splatters on the wood floor. And honestly, 300 tiny dots are harder to clean up than one big spot. Although this is reparable, after paying them a lot of money, I expect not to have to do any cleaning.

"This is why I don't usually refer other company's. She called me several times wanting us to do some painting and we were so busy, I called another paint company I knew to see if they were interested in her job. They ended up doing the painting for her. My company never painted anything in her house. My company thrives on getting a 5 star rating as you can see. We tried to do what we could to help this homeowner out. She had a huge living room, all upstairs bonus room and the (hallway they didn't even charge her )for at a reasonable price. After speaking to this company I refered,they informed me they had all floors covered up."

5+ Room Interior Painting or Staining
We used JLP Custom Paint for a recent paint job which included scraping ceilings and painting 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, living room, dining room and large foyer area. We received exceptional service from the beginning to the end of the project. Jeff and Sheiah provide excellent customer service, superior painting quality, and were very reliable. They were very conscientious about cleaning up each night and working around our schedules. They are very trustworthy and I would definitely recommend them.

Jeff and his crew are a great team! We hired them to remove and refinish, to a flat surface, the popcorn ceilings on our recently purchased home (2 story, 1750sq. ft.). We needed the job done quickly and JLP Custom Paint did a fantastic job and within our time frame! The ceilings looked smooth and as if there was never a popcorn finish on them. They are very friendly and detail oriented--always making sure that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them!!! The price and service you will not find anywhere else. Thanks to Jeff and his crew for a fantastic job on our new home!

3-4 Room Interior Painting or Staining
Jeff came to our house almost immediately after initial contact, however they were a bit busy at the time so it was a few days before they could start. Not a major issue at all. Our house had been recently painted by the previous owner, and was a very subpar job. Now our main entertainment rooms are immaculate and no longer cringeworthy. While the cost was more than we wanted to pay for painting, their cost was actually extremely competitive (and in every case much cheaper) than what friends of our have paid for the same service, some who didn't even get a quality job. These guys are super friendly and proffessional I would highly reccomend!

Drywall Repair
We were very pleased with JLP Custom Paint. It all started with a prompt return call from Jeff, the owner. He and his wife came by with in two hours of the call, looked over the job, and sent an invoice by the next morning. The price was good, they were here when they said they would be here, finished the job quickly, and met all of our expectations. They were polite, trustworthy, and thorough. They checked and rechecked their work and when Jeff saw something that he felt wasn't right, he fixed it. It was nice having an owner/operator team on the job the entire time. I will use JLP custom paint for all of my future painting/drywall needs.

They were very professional and great to work with. Our house looked great afterward and you can tell they take pride in the outcome of their projects. We have two small children which the worked around and were especially quite during naptime. We were extremely satisfied with JLP Custom Paint and will both use them again for our future projects and refer them to others.
