Only one of the three was capable of doing the work. Two others were a waste of time energy. I had to school them on how to do the job they did not conduct business appropriately. No work estimate prior to beginning. I purchased the materials but due to the fact there were three of them the costs was triple when only one person did the work. I allowed them to do the work but had asked several times about cost got no answer until completion. It was far higher than others had estimated. My suggestion is that the person who does the work to work alone or with people who can help.

"Customer comments are invalid because she was given an estimate and added a lot of small jobs as we were doing the work. She is upset because we tracked our work and asked for the proper compensation. Also according to her she was not the home owner but a realtor so some changes she wanted us to make were not able to be done to protect our company. Lastly, we handled the job professionally by installing the front rails according to code, and not for curb appeal as she requested. She is a very difficult person wanted something for nothing. We respect our customers and thrive to do quality work for our customers."
