The communication was a nightmare. After the agreement was signed and the deposit made, we agreed to a start date. The team did not show up. I had to call many times to get someone to inquire about the teams absence. They provided a new date and did not show up. Again, I had to call and text repeatedly to get someone. I was told they were still doing the work that day. Late in the afternoon, a couple of men came and left shortly after without doing any work, they said they had an emergency. They came the next day midday instead of the morning as planned. They started the job but did not finish. They returned the next day and completed the job when no one was home. I have not heard anything since. I have been calling and texting about unfinished aspects of the job but no one is answering. The driveway looks nice but I question the durability. I did not receive any feedback on how to care for the driveway or next steps. The company is ghost at this point.

We hired JL Pavers to pave our driveway and install a Belgian block perimeter in November 2021. Prices were competitive and all seemed well. After 3 years the driveway has a large crack in it (pic attached) and several other areas with depressions. I've been trying to get them to fix it for the last 2 summers and they are never get back to me. I began to wonder why the driveway cracked after only 3 years and looked at old pictures I took when the job was being performed. It appears they did not remove the old driveway (pic attached), but rather just paved over it. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NOT USE THEM.

I hired them to re- sand my driveway. They did a good job however it didnâ t last. I have a 2 year warranty and they have ghosted me.

The materials were substandard, as noted by the next company that had to come out and redo the driveway. Their workers seemed inexperienced.

Their price quote was very reasonable and the job started exactly on time and was done perfectly. They even did a bit of additional work that I hadn't specified at no extra charge, The crew was very polite and very professional. I highly recommend them and intend to use them in the future for other projects.

The workmen came on the date we had scheduled. They obviously knew what they were doing and everyone worked well together as a team. They finished the job in the scheduled time (1/2 day). The finished job looks very good.

The owner and his crew did an excellent job of paving my driveway in just five hours. They brought in their heavy equipment and after filling and compacting the base, they poured and compacted the asphalt until it was level and smooth and the edges clean. My driveway is a challenging hill. They are very hard workers and did all this for an amazing price!

I would recommend JLPavers to anybody to improve or redone their driveways. They did absolute awesome job in 2 days. My driveway is rather big. The Belgian stones’ masonry was also incredibly done with the attention to the details. Overall great people.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Really impressed with care and quality of the work. Have a circular driveway with multiple sections and Belgian block edging - they did such a great job making sure it was all done right and looks fantastic. Took the top layer of asphalt off and put down a new layer. Would not hesitate to recommend, especially for a more complicated project.
