My experience was the worst. They never came to my home when they said they would. I just paid the. 250.00 and had to hire another company to open my pool. They came took off cover added chemicals never swept the pool..always an excuse for not coming to my home. They dont work weekends. Explained my situation and they said pool will be ready by date I needed. Then they tried to tell me a new pump would be 1500.00 and I had a water leakage. 2 days went by no one came out to tell me where the leak was. Guess they were on vacation from what I was told. They tried charging me 350 to open my 16x32 inground pool. I disputed..do not USE this company ever.

????? Paid JL Pools $68,500 for an in-ground pool project that was delayed about 2 months and ended with multiple unresolved issues. The contract specified a Hayward S244T filter, but a downgraded S220T was installed instead. I caught the issue before final payment, and Jordan assured me in writing that he would replace it after payment was released. Once he received full payment, he refused to honor that promise. I also hired a third-party inspector who confirmed liner installation concerns, The yard was left in very poor condition and I had to hire a landscaper to repair the damage. I was also told I needed to delete my BBB complaint before he would return to close the pool, even though pool closing was included in the contract.
