This contractor was hired to repair the roof leak and paint the ceiling after fixing the leak. He assured us that work was done and got paid in full. However, on the very first rain, the roof is leaking MORE than it did before!! The paint, after 3-4 trials, still has bumps and streaks. And to make the matter worst, the contractor does not even ANSWER our phone calls or messages since he has been paid in full!!
