I hired Julio to knock down a few walls in my house to give me more of an open floor plan. I found a picture online that I fell in love with. I showed Julio the picture and his team totally recreated the space I wanted and also added some of our personal touches. They told me it would take 3- 4 weeks to complete and right at 4 weeks the job was complete. Like any other construction project the unexpected occurred and some old termite damage had to be repaired, but that would have been the only thing that caused the estimate to be higher than what was said. I totally get it. I was extremely satisfied with the work they did and would hire them again for any future projects.

This company did a perfect job in matching and replacing damaged vinyl siding on my home as well as matching and replacing aluminum downspouts. Existing gutters were pressure washed and debris removed. They devised a way to keep the cost of the project within my budget. Marco came out to give me an estimate prior to the start of the project. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Workers were courteous and cleaned up the property when the job was complete. I might add that the majority of the job was performed while no one was at home and the plan was executed perfectly. The only reason I rated "Customer Service" a 4 was because communication out of the office was a little slow following my acceptance of the contract and when the job was delayed due to shipment errors (not the fault of JLRemodeling). Overall an excellent experience. I will use their services again in the near future and I highly recommend J.L. Remodeling, Inc.
