John called immediately after request submitted on angie's list. He scheduled time to come in two days. Arrived on time, very professional. After checking the work needed, he gave me an estimate and was very honest at fixing one faucet. He could have charged me to replace the faucet in the shower, but he tightened it and verified that all parts are in excellent condition and do not need to be replaced. He did not even charge me for this. The rest of the work was installing and replacing faucets and pipes. All professional and the price was excellent. Thanks John.

He gave me an outstanding price ( compared to other quotes ) explained everything in detail and did the job in record time. Shower install does not begin to describe what John did for us. I hired him to find and fix a leak, which turned into a bathroom remodel. John quickly put together a proposal and worked within our budget to deliver a beautiful new bathroom.

John Russell was a professional gentleman from start to finish. He worked with me when I was picking out my bathroom vanity and sink. I took pictures and he gave me recommendations. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He did a fabulous job of installing my vanity and sink. I live in a townhouse and he had to go up two lights of stairs continuously. He did not make one mark on my walls. John is such a friendly person, and I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs and remodel. John also provides a one year warranty. My old vanity plumbing was as a disaster, and he did a beautiful job fixing that, as well. Once again, I would highly recommend John Russell for any of your plumbing or remodeling needs.

John was honest with me about my project, his work was top notch and he worked effectively and efficiently. He patiently explained the difficulty of it and made sure I understood completely (I knew the fixtures were obsolete because I couldn't find the parts to fix it myself). He treated me with respect and genuinely listened to my project needs; as a single woman this is very important, he gained and kept my trust.
