Most unprofessional company you can hire. BEWARE!!!!!!!
Response from JLT Cleaning Service, Inc.
"Unfortunately, you cannot please everybody. This review comes from a disgusting family with very bad intentions. We haven't provided service to them in months, and they obviously have nothing better to do with their time than try to harm our business. We have personal and professional contacts that can provide references and accounts of how we do business currently. You will not be disappointed. Look at the reviews and see how odd this review looks among the other reviews. This review is the husband of another low review from Abby B. Look at our first review. Abby B. When she doesn't get her way, you get a vindictive review. Just saying...."

I enjoy working with this company! I've hired them a few times to clean my house. They're very friendly, willing to work with my schedule, and accommodating to any of my specific cleaning requests. I appreciate how thorough they are, and clean my home as if it's their own. I highly recommend them!!

One Time Interior House Cleaning
JLT Cleaning came over to give me an estimate & set a time for the service; and then came back one week later to do a clean out service on my home. They were on time and did a great job. I would hire them again.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
They called the day before to verify the appointment, they were on time, Courteous and professional, price was fair, did everything that we agreed on and even went above and beyond on little things that came up. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Great Service!

Walls & Ceilings Cleaning Service
The professional was very responsible, the quality of work was great at the beginning. Few days later, the professional started missing certain things; certain areas that needed cleaning. The professional after a couple of appointments, she decided not to come back without letting me know. I would have appreciated a heads up, but they felt like they didn't need to let me know; that's what they said to me. The owed me time, they gave me a check after I kept reaching out. The check they gave me the bank wouldn't take/accept, I wasn't sure it was a valid check. I felt the professional to be irresponsible, her customer service is not right there. The professional does good work, when she likes to. The professional did work for me, for my business and home. I felt like, like they left me stranded, I don't know what happened no heads up was given to me.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Am in the process of moving to another state. Tom and Carmen did a great job in cleaning my home from top to bottom so I could put it on the market. They also assisted in some of the packing which I appreciated. This company is very professional, trustworthy and go out of their way to meet the customer's needs. I recommend them highly for household cleaning and other projects as needed. Great customer service!

Window Cleaning
I highly recommend this company if you are looking for detailed oriented professional service. The windows and tracks were spotless. I received an email the following day to letting them know if the service that was provided has been to our satisfaction, otherwise they would come back and fix whatever was not done correctly. We were very happy with the service and attitude this company is treating their customers.
