Deck or Porch - Repair
undependable at least 3 times they did not show but when they did show up the showed up late Unprofessional for example they left there trailer in from the house for 3 straight days and my neighbor even complain about it. Shoddy workman shift example the stairs were done differently on each step and does not look good. What they were hired to do they did not Totally do example the post that is part of the deck was to be replace and did not do. What I paid them I did not get me monies worth This house was for sale and I was hoping that the deck would suffice and alleviate the cost of paying the new buyers for asking for more money then the deck it self. The inspection by the new buyers agent was still defected. I tried to call at least 20 times but no one ever answer the phone.

The employees worked hard and did as much as they were told to do. The gentlemen who cut the branches that fell on the fence, it was an accident. I had to pay someone to stump grind where they missed. I had to hire another company to mulch.

This company was very professional. They removed 3 trees and trimmed 3 trees. They cleaned up after themselves and left the yard in good condition. This was my first time hiring someone for tree service and I am a satisfied customer. Will hire them to do additional work in the future.
