We had a fanstastic experience with JLV. We were looking to do a full roof/gutter/paint job, and had shopped around with several companies. When JLV showed up to do the initial inspection and bid, we knew right away this was the company we were going to go with. They did a really thorough inspection, and really took extra time to show us what they noticed and what it would mean for the job. Way better energy than the other companies that we had bids from. The job itself was superb. At the end of each day, the foreman would walk the site with us and summarize the day's progress and go over any concerns we might have. It was a great personal touch. The quality of work was excellent, and timely. We were super happy with the results, and we are very glad that we went with JLV.

We would give JLV Construction our highest recommendation. We did essentially three jobs with them a new roof, gutters and a complete house painting. They did a fantastic job on all of these projects. The work was done very professionally and in less time than we'd anticipated. Asael was an incredible communicator, keeping us informed every step of the project including sharing pictures and anything we'd need to know in real time. They cleaned up fully after themselves and even returned for a couple of tiny final touch ups that we'd asked for to complete the job. We are so grateful we chose JLV for the work on our home. We would 100% use them again for future work and highly recommend that you use them too.

WOW!!! Words cannot express how blown away we were by Juan and his team (Armando and Daniel worked on our project) at completely residing our home. Starting with the bid process, Juan was the only contractor who brought out materials for us to actually visually see the differences of why he prefers to work with some products over others and to also show how his crew will use the products to ensure that the home is protected against the weather. After completely walking the home with us and actively listening to our ideas, he made gentle suggestions based on his industry experience and current design trends. He was never pushy or arrogant. We loved his ideas and incorporated them into our design. Beth, his Admin Assistant, was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always available to us and we felt like she could answer any question we had as well as Juan could!! Juan and his crew were great stewards of the construction materials and our budget!!! We noticed early on that they had created a "scrap pile" so that usable smaller pieces would not go to waste on smaller repair sections of our home. We appreciated that they did not grab a new sheet of plywood for every repair considering the cost of wood these days. They saved us sooooo much money doing this! We are so grateful!!!!! The craftsmanship and skill level of everyone involved, including the painters, completely transformed our home from one in desperate need of repair to a dream home worthy to be bragged about! We cannot recommend this company enough and look forward to working with them again when the time comes to replace our doors, redo our deck, and install some fencing! Thank you JLV!!!!

Highly recommended. Asael, Luis and the rest of the crew are super nice people. They completed the job without any issues or extra charges. Replacing a roof is a pretty messy business, but at the end of every day they cleaned up every scrap of mess and left our place clean and tidy ready for the next day - very impressive. Excellent job.

I have no complaints with any part of their business. All work was complete on time without any additional charges. I am very happy with the quality of their work and their friendly workers.

JLV provided the most competitive pricing. They were responsive, showed up on time and saw the project through to completion. We chose Malarkey Vista AR shingles with Malarkey's Certified Roofing System. JLV is a Malarkey Certified Residential Installer that does all their own roofing work, no subs. They know what they're doing. Our old cedar roof had skip sheeting, so Juan engineered an innovative plywood replacement with Smart Vents and Waffle Vents to improve air flow and ensure against substrate warping. We added and are loving our four new Velux Fresh Air skylights and blinds. These are solar powered, operating under automatic climate sensing control. They currently qualify for 26% energy conservation tax credits too! In all, a very pleasant experience with the friendly and knowledgeable team at JLV.

I want to highly recommend Asael and the roofing team at JLV construction. They were timely and professional at a reasonable price. When additional roof damage was discovered they showed me pictures right there and were able to incorporate needed repairs reasonably and without delaying the project. The roof was on time and on budget with a complete roof installed in just two days.

JLV not only replaced our entire roof and gutters but also painted our entire house. All their teams did excellent work - everyone we dealt with was very professional and polite and hard working. Their pricing is very fair and they were very quick to complete their work. We highly recommend using them!
