We had an estimate for gutter installation. I wrote a check to J and M Associates for $750 on June 8, 2022. It was cashed the following day, and the installation has not even begun. I have called repeatedly and have not spoken to anyone. I am appalled!!!

They are not good at communicating with their customer. Beware if they ask for a deposit, or money upfront, and make sure any work or promises are followed through before moving forward with them.

The Service Pro is very inconsistent, does not return phone calls, still wafting for services paid a down payment of $750.00 they had not shown up to render the services I am trying to reach out to them and they are not responding.

Unprofessional, the work left my door in worst condition that it was in the beginning, I been calling because he said I could call if I had any trouble and now they are not responding my calls.

"I came out to put a new door pump and the customer signed the contract when we finished, even gave the fries when we finished. Called me a couple of days later and mentioned the pump broke once again because a customer swung open the door and wanted a refund? I tried to resolve this by phone but the husband was rude and wanted me to do the job a second time for free."
