This was the worst experience of my life with a so called professional. Not only was he rude and always causing issues and asking for more money after initial contract but he broke our power vent and wanted more money to fix it. Now we find out he needed a permit and did not obtain one and the entire water heater installed is not up to code. He never installed the correct parts and refuses to come back. Now we have to hire another plumber for more money! He has been reported.

I hired JMC Plumbing and Remodeling to remove two sections of heating baseboards and loop the pipes, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The project required a 50% deposit, which seemed high for such a small job, and was rescheduled multiple times, creating potential delays for other contractors. To avoid extra costs, I ended up completing part of the work myself before the plumber arrived. The final invoice was higher than expected, even though part of the work had already been done and the overall scope had been reduced. The deposit invoice included a sales tax line for a job in New Hampshire, which is not required; the company later said it was to cover Square processing fees. Attempts to discuss pricing or request adjustments were not successful, and I received a text demanding payment within three hours of completion, after they declined a check. Overall, the process was disorganized and unprofessional, and I will not be using this company again.

Knowledgeable, courteous, very professional. This was a complete bathroom remodel that had some unique and unexpected challenges, but they rolled with it, resolving each new challenge and explaining it all each step of the way. They went the extra mile (or three!) and kept it all within budget. Thank you so much - we will call you next year when it's time to do the kitchen!
