Joel was always available for a question. He gave professional advice. The process for financing was easy. They showed up on time. Made sure everything was clear and clean. Joel is polite, kind and didn't take advantage of pricing due to the current economy and me being a woman. He was the third estimate and I'm very happy with J.M.Curtis Energy Solutions!

Joel was great and diagnosed the problem through questions via text. He knew what part was needed but unfortunately the supply company was not open until Monday so I went without heat for 2 days. He arrived on Monday morning with the replacement part and soon after, I had heat. He was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Joel and his company.

If you are looking for an HVAC technician, Joel is your guy. He is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, punctual, and reasonably priced. We are new to the area and when our furnace went out in late November at 9 PM at night with two kids under 2, we didn't know who to call. We reached out to multiple companies and only Joel was able to come that night and help. He's been extremely reliable ever since. He replaced our furnace and AC unit at a fair price better than other estimates we received. And given the situation with COVID, he's also always worn a mask and taken all reasonable precautions. We highly recommend Joel.

Joel from J. M.Curtis Energy Solutions is our hero! He went out of his way to to take care of my 97 year old motherâ s thermostat after hours. I had called his company in the late afternoon and left a message. He returned my phone call on his way home from work, offering to give us an appointment the following day. But when I explained that my mother was elderly and feeling so cold, he made an exception to help her, out of the goodness of his heart (despite the fact that it delayed his own dinner.) While he was here, Joel was extremely courteous and efficient, and was able to make the repair quickly and professionally.
