What began as a promising experience, quickly turned miserable. The two owners of this company promised a beautiful deck! They promised they used the best materials and the best workers. They finished resurfacing my deck in July 2018. They painted it in October 2018. No one had stepped one foot on my deck since it was painted. Once the snow melted, I noticed all of the Deck Over paint they insisted on using had chipped and the deck boards were cracking. The sides of the stairs were not painted. The right side of the staircase sank a bit and was no longer level. I immediately sent them pictures. It was May 2019. They replied back right away and came out to take a look at their work. They told me they would fix the stairs because they should not have sunk, but I would need to pay $720 for them to repaint my deck with the same Deck Over paint. They said the treated pine wood I wanted was a natural element and cracking happens. The boards now have uneven spaces between them, but I guess that is because I chose cheap wood and it is a natural element!? I did not think I should have to pay for a totally chipped and old looking deck to be repainted when it was just painted 6 months prior. So, I told Justin I would think about it, but I would like them to fix the stairs. He told me they were very busy, but would try to squeeze me in. I have heard nothing from him and it is July 2019. I have tried to contact both of the owners only to receive radio silence. I am disappointed and have wasted over $6500.00! I would not recommend this company.
