My fiancee & I are in the process of purchasing our first home and we hired JMD Inspections to perform the home inspection as part of the purchase. Joe climbed up on the roof (with snow on the ground and in 30-degree temperatures), climbed up into the attic, and inspected every nook and cranny of the home, while taking a lot of photos documenting everything he found. The report he provides is detailed with photos, his notes, as well as additional "how-to" tips for the homeowner. He did a great job and I have JMD Inspections on my go-to list for future inspections.

Joe has completed three inspections for my wife and me. He is very detailed and thorough and also very honest. Joe was very thorough on the inspection of my condo. Within a day we received a bound report with lots of pictures and a CD with an electronic version of the report.
