Lawn Care - Maintain and Mow a Lawn

Provides few or no invoicing, demands payment before work completed. Not very patient. Seems friendly, but not too sure. Work not very good. Does not follow instructions very well. Rates are not cheap as he says, does not take responsibility for any property damages. Appears racist with persons of color, not trustworthy with customer of color. Subject for review if work improves and with attitude adjustment.
