    I am glad the homeowner noticed our timeliness and great customer service, but I would be interested to find out if the homeowner received other quotes for the project because JM Electric prides itself on being fair and competitive with pricing. We truly want our clients to feel they received great service and value for their money. We also have high standards for quality and guarantee our work, so if a client is not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to return to their home until they feel the job is done right.

    I had many electricians out to look at my project which involved installing ceiling light fixtures in my basement. Duct work running through the ceiling prevented the use of normal cans and many electricians were stumped as to what to use--or if it could be done. Jim knew what would work, how many lights to install and the placement of the lights for optimum lighting. He also installed a new panel which was necessary to support the new lighting and needed to be done to bring the house to code anyway. He grounded the panel (previous one was not grounded), installed a new outlet and fixed some wiring issues on the exterior of our home. All I can say is that I wish I had called him first. I had at least 10 other electricians come out and nothing came close to the great knowledge base that Jim and his coworker John have. The panel was something of a challenge as he had to merge some sub panels (in a different room) together. Absolutely the best out there
