Very clean, great communication, very nice man. His laborers worked hard and everyone was very respectful. Started work next day. Job was completed on schedule in very high quality. Joe went above and beyond his task and will be recommended by us to anyone we know needing masonry work completed. This job completed before receiving any callbacks from other contractors.

Thoroughness and friendliness and is a pleasure to work with he always has smile on his face.

Joseph Eunice and his crew exceeded expectations in all aspects of the job that included replacing the grassy/dirt median of a driveway. Mr Eunice provided me with a cost estimate while he was on a long weekend trip with his family in Georgia. The work began a day early and it was finished within the committed 3-day timing. My wife and I are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the decorative stamp around the border that was utilized.

We needed to repair a driveway for a customer that was damaged during a delivery so we called J.M. Eunice. We couldn't be more pleased with how quickly they responded and completed the job. The repair looks great and our customer was so impressed with their company that she is planning to use them for a couple other projects she wanted done.

Joseph and his team were absolutely incredible to work with. I got 4 quotes from 4 different companies and selected JM Eunice Concrete because of #1 - customer service and #2 price. I reached out to him via facebook and he immediately called me back. From the start he was very accommodating of my schedule and very knowledgable of my requirements. His pricing was very fair, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I was hesitant to go with the cheaper person because they had no pictures of any work they had done similar to my project. Joseph has a great on-line gallery of his work making myself and my wife very confident of the quality. Once installed, we were not disappointed. Throughout the entire process he maintained great communications with me making me feel comfortable at every step of the project. I would highly recommend JM Eunice Concrete to anyone looking for a concrete contractor.

Joseph returned my call promptly and came out to look over the project which was to replace a section of my driveway as tree roots had damaged it. We discussed what was needed and agreed on a price. His was the third bid I received and was the most fair and reasonable. His team arrived as promised, prepped and completed the project on time as agreed. They did a thorough cleanup and as they finished after dark told me to call him if i discovered something they overlooked and he would come back and make it right. No need. I recommend this company.

First, I'd like to say that Joseph definitely was not the lowest quote. However, I went with him due to his professionalism and communication. He and his crew arrived/called when they said they would, a very rare thing in the concrete industry (from my limited experience). I also appreciated that he was the only contractor that I could verify his license. The job was to expand a 1 car wide driveway into a 2 car wide driveway. Joseph noticed a good bit of cracking at the bottom of the existing driveway, as well as a drainage issue. He suggested cutting it out, and replacing that section but raised about 2 inches. I had been slightly concerned about the "bump" this would create, but it looks good and isn't noticeable in the car. This fixed the standing water that would happen on the old driveway, which we are definitely grateful for. Lastly, we appreciated Joseph navigating not only the city permits that were required, but the SCDOT permits as well. Overall, not the cheapest, but you definitely get the quality you pay for, and we were absolutely satisfied with the work! Looking forward to using for future concrete needs!

I requested multiple quotes from different companies and Joseph was by far the most accessible, transparent, friendly and professional person I worked with. His reviews on HomeAdvisor were by far the best with consistent high ratings that often mentioned qualities I was looking for - honest work for a fair price and no surprises. We had to get our old driveway removed due to heaving and were under a tight deadline. Joseph was understanding a made sure we got taken care of in a reasonable amount of time and was very responsive to calls and texts throughout the process. The men who worked with him were all friendly and professional. They cleaned up after completing the work and the cost quoted covered all aspects of the job. If we ever need concrete work done in the future Joseph is definitely our guy!

We needed flooring/pad for a shed to be built in our backyard and a walkway and pad for a trashcan enclosure.
