I highly recommend Josip for your flooring needs. Josip went out of his way to help me with my project. He is a man with exceptional generosity and kindness. I live in metro Atlanta and he drove to South Carolina to procure wood for my floors. The wood that I selected was not the length that I preferred. His crew expertly cut the wood to my desired length. They were very professional and provided exceptional attention to detail. They did an amazing job. My wood floors are beautiful and I could not be more pleased. I will definitely use him for any future projects.

Josip installed floors 12/2019 says I have a 2 year warranty. Nov. 2020 one area of floor was coming apart. Josip sent a worker out to repair he was unable. So early Dec 2020 Josip came to inspect he promised to come back in 2 weeks. Never came not answer text phone calls even message left on VM service. Finally answered one call said worker had covid and he was quarantined that was after Christmas. It's now May 2021 I have 42 calls to him leaving a voice message. Over 50 text never responded. Install was great but follow-up gave me a different opinion. It is May 2021 still no response. Guess I will be going to small claims court now they open again. So sad I thought he was a honest guy.

Joseph is so GREAT!!!!! He is so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He tries to be cost efficient and is willing to help in anyway he can. He arrives as promised and tries to be as quick and efficient as possible. He and his team did an excellent job on replacing the carpet in two rooms with hardwood and Vinyl planks. I will definitely be using him for any future projects. Highly recommend.

We had an unusual install because our floor were not level, but JM Floors was excellent. They did great work for a very reasonable price, and I would definitely use them again.
