Received 5 quotes, JMG was not the most expensive nor the least expensive. John, the owner came to the house for the estimate right away. He was on time, professional, and did not try to UPSELL me like the other companies. He looked at the problem and told me that I could use the boiler for another year, and i didnt have to replace it. I was shocked at his honesty and decided to change the boiler. The day of the installation, the original boiler we agreed on was not in stock at his supplier and he upgraded me to a better boiler, with no charge. WOW. Great work, honest, and fair. Everything was perfect. Never so happy spending $4000.

They responded to my emergency request immediately - we had no hot water. When JMG arrived to diagnose, they turned the emergency switch on and off as part of the initial check out. The unit responded and began producing hot water. Therefore, not possible to diagnose what caused the burner to not ignite at this time. We discussed watching in case this becomes a repeat issue. They are very polite, clean, thorough. Highly recommend.
