JM Custom Homes & Remodels LLC

Jordan worked on our home and he did an impeccable job. He always kept us informed of what the next step would be and treated us with great respect. He was here rain or shine and always put in a full hard day's work. He always cleaned up at the end of the day. I highly recommend Jordan for your job. If I ever need work done again, I will certainly hire Jordan.

If you?re looking for a reliable and professional contractor, I highly recommend JM Custom Homes and Remodel. Jordan, the owner, is super knowledgeable, honest, and truly delivers quality results. He transformed my kitchen into an amazing, functional space my family loves. I?m already planning my bathroom remodel with him this year because I trust his work and estimates. Thanks, Jordan, for the incredible transformation and hard work!

Our kitchen , dining room & living room was was boxy and closed off. We entertain a lot, & you could not visit with people and be in the other spaces. Plus we have an incredible view of the mountains you could not see or access from the Kitchen. So we had a wall removed , the prior support beam was poorly constructed, so it was replaced, the removed upper cabinets were re-utilized on the back of the newly designed , 2 level bar( that also accommodates new high bar seating- and opened up the space to see the view), new counters, new, appliances, new sink , tile, with a unique backsplash. Our dining room and kitchen cabinets were painted, trimmed out and feature under cabinet lighting as well. JM construction was clean- they properly sealed off the rest of the house & vented it to decrease to amount of dust , cleaned as they worked , they were prompt, on time, they did what they said & communicated appropriately, Our only question was , why did we wait so long?? We love our remodel!

Had my bathroom remodeled by JM to include my shower. It turned out great for a reasonable price. Looking to hire them again for my kitchen in the near future.

JM redid the railings and added a dog/baby gate at the main stair/entryway, and did an outstanding job. It was done quickly and within budget, 10/10

had a great experience working with this contractor on my bathroom remodel. He was quick, but still very detailed and thorough in his work. You can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way—everything was done carefully and correctly. He paid attention to the small details, stayed on track, and made the whole process smooth. The final result turned out even better than I expected. I’m very happy with the work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for quality and reliability.

We had the pleasure of working with Jordan Miller, the owner, who built our home last year — and we couldn’t be happier with the results. He handled everything from framing, doors, and windows to siding, interior finish carpentry, and tile work. From start to finish, Jordan was professional, reliable, and incredibly detail-oriented. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. He even finished the project within a week and a half of his projected timeline, without sacrificing quality at all — the craftsmanship is truly top tier. It’s hard to find someone you can fully trust with such a big project, but Jordan exceeded our expectations. We’re so grateful for the work he delivered and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and dependable builder.
