Noah and his crew did a fantastic job! I'm an architect, so I see the full range of builder quality. We had a sagging header that was compressing the sliding glass door below. Noah came to my house the day after I contacted him. His crew got to work the next day, fully diagnosing the problem and replacing the header. Communication was constant, the pace was fast, and the price was fair. I will hire JMI for all of our future construction work and would recommend them to my clients as well.

Noah and his team were very helpful with the tornado damage in 2024. Noah helped walk me through the paperwork and insurance issues.

We just finished a big remediation and storm damage repair project on our house. Noah and his team were able to do the entire project, so we didnt have to coordinate with multiple contractors for remediation and repairs - which was amazing. Noah really worked with us and helped us get the most out of our budget and went above and beyond. His entire team was a pleasure to work with and communication was efficient. It feels like we're moving into a whole new house! Very pleased with the results.

Noah gave me a thorough estimate of the job to be completed and walked me through the general steps. He also presented some ideas to improve my original requirements. I didn't get a second quote, but I believe the price quoted was fair. The actual completion of the job was done on time. All said, it was a job well done and I'll consider this contractor again if I need more work done.

They were very prompt with the coming out and giving me an estimate on the job. The price was very reasonable. Once we agreed on them doing the work, they had it done in a couple of days. Fast and friendly.

This was a major roof repair that was not covered by insurance. It was expensive, but the quality of work was excellent.

From my first meeting with Noah to the end of the project, JMI roofing not only met, but exceeded, my expectations. Everyone was friendly and professional and the work was excellent! Special shout out to Julio, who greeted me when work began, answered all my questions, kept me informed of how the crew was progressing throughout the day, and walked me through the final clean-up. I will definitely come back to JMI for other upcoming projects.

Noah informed me up front about the questions I was going to ask i.e. insurance, state license, and roofing experience, Provided copies of same. I did not have to obtain another estimate, as I was satisfied with his responses.

Susan was a great project manager

They started out GREAT...tarped my house the same day as a storm. Very pro-active to make sure I was getting a full roof replacement. But when they started, no dumpster for the first 36 hours so debris strewn all over the yard. Bedding plants/bushes crushed and I will have to wait a year for them to come back. Crew did not even act comfortable on the roof. JMI fired that crew and then brought their A-team to finish the job, but I should have had that from the beginning. Plus, since dumpster hadnâ t been delivered, they should not have started.
