From my first meeting with Noah to the end of the project, JMI roofing not only met, but exceeded, my expectations. Everyone was friendly and professional and the work was excellent! Special shout out to Julio, who greeted me when work began, answered all my questions, kept me informed of how the crew was progressing throughout the day, and walked me through the final clean-up. I will definitely come back to JMI for other upcoming projects.

They started out GREAT...tarped my house the same day as a storm. Very pro-active to make sure I was getting a full roof replacement. But when they started, no dumpster for the first 36 hours so debris strewn all over the yard. Bedding plants/bushes crushed and I will have to wait a year for them to come back. Crew did not even act comfortable on the roof. JMI fired that crew and then brought their A-team to finish the job, but I should have had that from the beginning. Plus, since dumpster hadnâ t been delivered, they should not have started.

We were going to pay for our roof and they came out and told us to call our insurance as we had hail damage. Saved us quite a bit of money out of pocket. Our roof looks great and they completed it when they said they would!

You can have confidence when you work with JMI Roofing. Noah got a crew working next day on my roof. They also did work on the ceilings in three rooms and one interior wall. I couldn't have asked him to get the work done any faster. Great communication throughout. And the quality was excellent!
