Javier and his team were prompt every day, took care to cover anything even slightly near the worksite and leading to it in plastic, and removed all existing insulation in one day (using a large vacuum, which also removed rodent droppings). They then built a great 8'x8' raised storage area (with insulation underneath) and replaced the old material with blown-in cellulose. Between removal and new insulation, they crawled all around the attic and covered up any potential rodent entry points, pointing several out on the inside and outside of our home. They also filled a large opening that went behind our BR closet and filled the areas above the knee walls so our sloped master ceiling now had insulation. Exceptional!

Insulating under a house is difficult work and they were very busy doing so with efficiency and quality. They brought in extra workers and got the job finished in short time. They were all very courteous, honest and hard working, especially Javier who was very professional and he kept me well informed from the beginning to the end of the project. They also came in with the best price for the work. I highly recommend them for whatever type of insulation work is needed for your home or business.

The project was my cathedral like ceiling in my garage that where not insulated the walls where all done already and finished. It was a seamless experience, Javier and his sidekick where prompt and inspected the project. Made sure we where on the same page and in agreement of any possible speed bumps up front. I have felt the difference already with the product one of three they provided, and I am very satisfied with cost to value and performance. Javier was very helpful when providing the estimate for the job - answered all of my questions and explained the process from removal to replacement and measures they take to complete the job safely. I really appreciated Javier's patience with my questions. As far as the estimate it was extremely competitive and we ended up selecting JM Insulation. Once selected, they did an excellent job scheduling and communicating with. The job was performed on time and very professionally. I inspected the work each day and everything was tip top. It was a pleasure to work with Javier and the team!

Javier was one of the most responsive and dedicated contractors with whom I have worked in the past 5 decades. He was punctual, very hard-working and honest. He made sure the job was completed in the most proper manner and made repairs where needed using his own initiative. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

They were available in a timely manner, arrived and set to work quickly and quietly, leaving my house relatively undisturbed. When I discovered that a closet bar had been removed (in order to access the actic) they immediately returned and put it in place.

One thing I have learned is to get multiple bids and not go with the first one. Amazing to see the difference between the so called "5 star" companies you see on Yelp. JM's price point was in the middle of all the bids. Matt came out to give an estimate. He was the only one of many that took time to measure the house completely and not blurt out a price. He was in the attic for a while doing precise measurements. I had massive wiring damage from rodents. He showed me. He explained all my options then followed up via email with price points on all options. Once I agreed to the job Javier showed up with his crew right on time and got to work. Very professional and clean. They replaced my duct-work, took out old registers, added new vents for a good price. Then helped me by working with an electrician during the process. It took a few days due to the wiring right before the freezing cold last few weeks, glad I went with them, very satisfied. My house is a lot toastier now ; )

Installation crew was great. Front office was forgetful, and sent the crew on the wrong day, but the work was excellent.

They called when they were held up in traffic because of an accident; they came ready to work - did the job quickly, well and helped out with some extra tasks. The pricing was half when someone else had quoted us with better material and a more complete job. I would highly recommend them.
