My appt was at 8 and he showed up at 10:10am without an explanation. But, he went right to work and did the job in 20 minutes. Fast service, seemed like he knew what he was doing and help me drain out a line in my garage.

Contacted Jim last week to give me a quote. He quoted me a good price over the phone. I scheduled an appointment with him. He came on time. He was pleasant. Got the job done well and in good time. I told him I will call him back in the spring to reactivate the irrigation system. I am pleased with the work and the price was good too. Will recommend him.
