I work from home and could hear yelling throughout the day. Not the ideal background when conducting conference calls. One of the workers seemingly had anger management issues though it was a rather unusually hot day which I'm sure contributed. The work quality was good in fact if it weren't for the drywall issues I would say the work is actually worth recommending. Had there been more communication throughout the day's activities there would have likely been a more positive outcome for both sides. I'm satisfied with everything as my landscaper will make the adjustments to the exterior related items I wanted addressed and my remodeler has reviewed the sub panel work quality and has agreed to provide warranty for the work performed by JMK. Also the remodeler, not JMK, will be labeling all the circuits in the sub panel. JMK offered but I simply chose to have the remodeler do it. This does not have a negative reflection on JMK its just that why bring JMK out again when my remodeler offered and will already be out there.

That is unacceptable on his end whether it was 100 degrees or not. I appreciate the good feedback about their work!!! As written in the estimate, sheet rock repairs are not included. It's hard to determine how much sheetrock will be cut prior to work beginning. The following day the techs were supposed to come back to label the subpanel but you mentioned your contractor would be doing it since he was onsite and it was no longer needed.That's very important to us to get good reviews about our employees work and we appreciate your feedback.

Project: Electric Vehicle Charging Station Installation - Residential - Materials Provided by Consumer
I was in the middle of a remodel prior to moving in to our new home, and had to also move my electric vehicle charger to the new place. JMK was very responsive about appointments and answering any questions. They showed up on time and gave recommendations at the initial consult, as well as the final installation. They were accommodating to schedule change as well when they had to come back to do the installation due to other work being done. I would definitely recommend them if you want electrical work done, as they were responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and performed quality work.

Great communication, friendly service by all, on time, careful and most of all very reassuring. Certainly knew their stuff and explained everything in terms a non-electrician could understand. Would recommend them for large or small projects... they care.

Ryan, Danielle and Jay were great to work with. Ryan installed new LED fixtures in my bathrooms. He did a fantastic job. I will definitely be contacting them again for future electrical work. Thanks JMK Electric.

Jay and Danielle were fantastic at adapting to my needs as the project went on. They were very affordable compared to other companies. They worked efficiently, and kept me up to date. They also worked to get my needs into the schedule. I will call them back for future work.
