wasn't sure last time, if ever, our new condo (30 years old) had duct cleaning. The guys did a good job, no dust anywhere and they picked up any mess very well. They had a special on dryer vent cleaning-used little robot so no major disassembly of drier hose required...nice!

Appt time set for Saturday 8 AM, technicians showed up at 9:15 AM. I called, they said they were picking up our filter. I did supply the filter size information late the day before, so I let it slide. No phone call, email or text let us know they were running late. They arrived, seemed to work efficiently and were done in our small home within 2 hours. Everything left tidy in our rooms. After they had left, I went to check the new filter, and upon removing it found the return vent was full of old dust and clinging junk. So I emailed with photos. They apologized and we set up a return visit the next Saturday at 8-9 am. At 9:26 AM they still had not arrived, no text, email or phone call. Will they do a good job for you? Will they be on time? Your money, but I would now spend mine elsewhere.

Did a good job cleaning air ducts in my home. Value for what we paid was very high. Only fault would be leaving a bit of a mess from the job.

Steve was my first contact. He was very friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. They had a great price so I hired them and they did a great job cleaning the ducts. The gentlemen that came to my house were courteous and polite and worked very hard. I would definitely hire them again.

They did a great job. We had just done a major remodel and had a lot of problems...the previous owners hadn't done any maintenance. The vents and ducts had never been cleaned, so J&M had their work cut out for them. The guys had great attitudes. The only problem I had was that they were running late. I was told that they would arrive between 1-2...they did keep me updated but they didn't get to me until 3:30 and because of the filth in the ducts and vents they didn't finish until after 7. The two guys who did the job had great attitudes, left everything spotless and I am very happy with the results.

Ventura and Chris were quite courteous and focused on their work. We are very pleased. Steve was also always available for questions and helped me to decide on J&M Keystone.
