Very nice. But the clean up was very poor. They cut the bushes and hedge. hauled away the branches but left the planters full of leaves.

They did an amazing job removing a tree even when it was windy outside! I would definitely use them again.

J&M did a stellar job in removing a very large (90 foot tall) tree and did this in a timely manner. After cutting down the tree J&M cut up and removed the tree from the property and cleaned up the area as promised. The tree was so large that J&M had to use a crane to remove the tree because it was in close proximity to a home and power lines and could have caused serious problems if not properly removed. The crew at J&M are true professionals and I thank you for referring them to me and I would highly recommend J&M to others. The only problem encountered was in closing and getting a "paid in full" invoice when the work was done but that was eventually rectified.

Quick, great cleanup, reasonable price, but forgot to leave my firewood. Promised to bring some by but not yet delivered.

This company had left a huge mess. There was branches and wood chippings all over my rental property. These pieces were so big that I couldn't even use a lawn mower to go over them. J&M said they would be back to clean but never showed up.

I scheduled an appointment they accepted it and then canceled rescheduled and didn't show. They didn't text or call to say they weren't coming

You need to watch the crew, they are not very careful and did some minor damage that I had to point out. Also didn't finish before dark and left my yard a mess. Never showed up the next morning as promised had to live with the mess for another day. Had to have them regrind one stump which was left way above ground.

I was told the work would be done on a Tuesday morning and it was started shortly another 8:00. Then he left and said crew would be back between 1:00 and 2:00. After multiple phone calls they showed up just after 5:00 and had to return the following day. Instead of rearranging half a day as planned it became a whole day until almost 7:00 pm and I had to get someone to come over because I could not be there the next day. They did an ok job but in no way met the time schedule they set and left me with a full trash can that was so heavy I couldn’t move it.

Freddy is very knowledgeable and he did exactly what he would do and as well helped me with the warranty on my compressor and replacement . I will definitely go back to him with any issues, he also warranty his work for up to two years.

The quality of work is great. He was on top of the process. What he said he did.

Service was great! The repair took two trips (one on a Saturday) and the owner even came along to supervise and make sure the work was done correctly and that we were satisfied. We'd definitely call US Air Services again with any future issues.
