Tried to even walk me through some of the setup on the phone and spent 20 minutes with me, very patient and wasn't going to charge but had a busted pipe and thus had to come out to help fix. Will definitely keep him in mind to use again

Jake was very courteous and professional, and installed our new garbage disposal efficiently. He even made a hardware store run without fuss or extra charges when it became apparent that I had inadvertently thrown away parts of the old disposal that were required for the new install - and volunteered a year's warranty on his work. Overall I would recommend Maintenance Plus very highly.

Jacob was very responsive and did excellent work. To our first meeteing, he brought sampels and options for how to approach our fece replacement. He worked with us on price and, once we completed the contract, he had the job compelte within 4 days. The quality of the work he did is outstanding. We were so pleased that we plan to work with him to replace our deck as well.
