Jean (who is just there contractor, he doesn't do any of the work) kept changing the price every time we talked (that should have been sufficient red flags) but we continue to work with him and his team because of a time issue. He was unable to calculate the right amount of the materials needed from the beginning, so had to run to HD un the middle of the project to buy more cement which he didn't end up using. A waste of time and money. The finishes on the job are awful. Cement was smeared over stone and does not come out. Several tiles are crooked/misaligned. Aluminum edges on stairs either do not cover the length of each step or over lap. We agreed for him to clean up and dispose of the demo debris and he just left everything a mess. When asked if he was going to come back to finish cleaning up here said that we should hire a maid. The one star rating was given mainly because at least he showed up on time.

Did not arrive on time, but did call to let me know he was running late and kept me updated. I called for the removal and they came the next day! Great service
